1. Order Processing & Dispatch

Fast Dispatch: All orders are carefully prepared and handed over to the carrier within 24 to 48 business hours(excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel in real time.

2. Shipping Within Europe

Free standard shipping is available on all orders over €150 across Europe. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

Metropolitan France

  • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout (Free on orders over €100)
  • Estimated Delivery: 2–3 business days

Nearby Europe (Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg & the Netherlands)

  • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout (Free on orders over €150)
  • Estimated Delivery: 3–5 business days

Rest of Europe

  • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout (Free on orders over €150)
  • Estimated Delivery: 3–5 business days

3. International Shipping (Outside Europe)

We are pleased to ship our products worldwide.

  • Shipping Cost: Automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination country and parcel weight.
  • Estimated Delivery: 6–10 business days.

Customs Duties & Taxes (Outside the European Union)

For all orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply depending on your country's regulations.

These charges are not collected by AIMED, are not included in your order total, and remain the sole responsibility of the customer. Any applicable fees must be paid directly to the carrier or local customs authorities upon delivery.
