Article 1 – Seller Information
This website, www.aimedofficial.com (the "Website"), is operated by AIMED, whose registered office is located at 8 bis Rue Abel, 75012 Paris, France.
Company Registration Number: Registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register (R.C.S.) under number 107 580 052 00010.
VAT: VAT not applicable pursuant to Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI).

Article 2 – General Terms and Conditions
2.1 Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") apply exclusively to the online sale of AIMED products through the Website. They are originally drafted in French. In the event of any discrepancy or interpretation issue arising from a translated version, the French version shall prevail.
2.2 Scope
These Terms govern all online sales contracts concluded between AIMED and consumers purchasing products through the Website.
Together with the order confirmation email, these Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties, without prejudice to the consumer's statutory right of withdrawal.
2.3 Availability and Acceptance
These Terms are permanently available on the Website.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms in full, without reservation. Order confirmation constitutes full acceptance of the Terms in force on the date and time the order is placed.
2.4 Amendments
AIMED reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
The Terms applicable to an order are those in effect at the date and time the order is placed.
2.5 Severability
Should any provision of these Terms be declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully valid and enforceable.
The temporary or permanent non-enforcement of any provision by AIMED shall not constitute a waiver of any other provision contained herein.
Article 3 – Products
Each product offered for sale on the Website includes a description setting out its essential characteristics.
Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a contractual commitment. Minor variations may occur, particularly regarding colours, fabric appearance, finishes, closures, stitching, traditional buttons or decorative details.
Such minor differences shall not constitute grounds for a refund or exchange.
Product information is provided subject to typographical errors.
Article 4 – Prices
4.1 Sale Price
All prices displayed on the Website are expressed in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes where required by law (or exclude VAT where the seller benefits from the French VAT exemption scheme).
Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are displayed before the order is confirmed.
The total amount payable is shown on the order confirmation page before payment.
4.2 Price Changes
AIMED reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
However, the price applicable to an order shall be the one displayed at the time the order is placed.
Article 5 – Offers
Products offered for sale on the Website are available to customers located in France, throughout the European Union, and internationally.
Worldwide shipping is available, with shipping fees calculated according to the destination country.
All offers are valid while stocks last.
Article 6 – Orders & Pre-Orders
6.1 Order Process
To place an order, the customer selects the desired product(s), size, colour, and quantity, then adds them to the shopping cart.
After reviewing the order summary and making any necessary changes, the customer confirms the order by clicking the payment button. By doing so, the customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions, and a binding sales contract is formed.
An order confirmation and payment confirmation will be sent by email.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
6.2 Pre-Orders
For products offered as pre-orders (items not yet manufactured), the estimated delivery time is indicated on the relevant product page and may vary between 1 and 4 months.
Changes to the estimated delivery time shall not constitute grounds for cancellation.
Any payments made in advance do not constitute a deposit ("arrhes") under Article 1590 of the French Civil Code.
Important: Pre-order purchases are not eligible for a standard refund. They may only be exchanged or credited with store credit.
If the minimum production target for a pre-order campaign is not reached, AIMED will automatically refund the customer within 14 days following the cancellation of the campaign.
6.3 Order Changes
Requests to modify an order must be received before the order enters the preparation stage (generally within 24 hours after purchase).
Any modification request remains subject to product availability and AIMED's approval.
Once an order has been prepared or shipped, no modifications can be guaranteed.
6.4 Order Validation
AIMED reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, including but not limited to:

Unusually large order quantities;

An unresolved dispute relating to a previous order.
In the event an order is refused, any payment received will be refunded in full within 30 days.
6.5 Product Availability
Should a product become unavailable after an order has been placed, AIMED will inform the customer as soon as possible.
The customer may choose between:

receiving an equivalent product (where available);
-
a full refund; or
-
store credit.
Article 7 – Termination of the Contract
The sales contract may be terminated by AIMED in the following cases:

The customer refuses delivery of the parcel;

The parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer;

The purchase price has not been paid.
Except where the customer exercises their statutory right of withdrawal, any deposit already paid shall remain the property of AIMED as compensation.
Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
Customers benefit from a 14-day statutory withdrawal period from the date of delivery, during which they may return their order without providing any reason.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
To exercise this right, customers may either:

submit a return request using the "Request a Return" button available on the Website; or

Once the request has been approved, a confirmation email containing the return instructions will be sent.
Returns submitted without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days following receipt of the returned goods, provided that the products are returned:

complete;
-
in their original packaging;
-
unworn;
-
unwashed;
-
undamaged; and
-
with all original tags attached.
The customer remains responsible for the returned parcel until it has been received by AIMED.
For this reason, we strongly recommend using a tracked and signed-for shipping service.
Article 9 – Payment
Payment is due in full upon order confirmation.
All transactions are processed securely through independent payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal.
Payment information is never stored or processed on AIMED's servers and remains strictly confidential.
Article 10 – Shipping & Unclaimed Parcels
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer.
AIMED undertakes to hand over orders to the shipping carrier within 1 to 3 business days following payment confirmation.
During sales periods, private sales, flash promotions or holiday seasons, this preparation period may be extended to 10 business days.
If a parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, the customer must report the issue directly to the carrier upon delivery and comply with the applicable legal procedures.
10.1 Unclaimed Parcels
If a parcel is not collected from the pickup point or cannot be delivered and is returned to our warehouse, the customer may choose between:
Reshipment

Free of charge if the original shipment qualified for free shipping.

Otherwise, new shipping charges will apply.
Refund
A refund will be issued after deduction of the return shipping costs.
For France, a fixed deduction of €5.50 applies.
For international orders, the deduction varies depending on the destination country.
Article 11 – Legal Guarantees
All products sold by AIMED are covered by the statutory legal guarantees provided under applicable French law, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.
If a product is found to be defective or non-compliant, the customer may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, subject to the applicable legal conditions.

Article 12 – Liability
AIMED shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure results from:

force majeure;

unforeseeable actions of a third party; or

the customer's own fault or negligence.
AIMED is subject to an obligation of reasonable means ("obligation de moyens").
Its responsibility ends once the order has been duly handed over to the carrier, as evidenced by the carrier's proof of collection.
Article 13 – Intellectual Property
All content available on this Website, including but not limited to:

photographs;

product images;

graphics;

logos;

designs;

visual identity;

and these Terms and Conditions,
is the exclusive property of AIMED or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification, publication, or commercial use, whether in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of AIMED is strictly prohibited and may result in legal proceedings.
Article 14 – Personal Data
Personal data collected in connection with orders is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable French data protection laws.
Customers have the right to access, rectify, update, restrict, or delete their personal data at any time.

Article 15 – Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the customer agrees to first seek an amicable resolution by contacting AIMED directly.
The parties undertake to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations for a period of 30 business daysbefore initiating any legal proceedings, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.
